You might have seen a video like this one, for example:
machining.co.za/video/189413551
where we were simply demonstrating the power of the CNC CO2 Laser machine when cutting through a 5mm thick artificial Faux Leather Fabric with compressed air. So much you can do with this machine. But the whole aim is to offer you a broad range of affordable cutting systems, customized to your specific needs.
WHY LASER CUT FABRIC?
There are a number of benefits for this exercise. Firstly, one method can be used to cut many different materials, like polyester, silk, nylon, leather, neoprene, and cotton. Secondly, the cuts are made without any pressure on the fabric, meaning no part of the cutting process requires anything other than the laser to touch a garment. There are no unintended marks left on the fabric, which is particularly beneficial for delicate fabrics like silk and lace.
This mechanism of cutting is totally superior to other forms of digital cutting and provides cleaner finishes, fused edges, is more accurate, and produces higher-quality clothing, and that’s the whole point as far as quality is concerned from our side.
So, your business can access cutting equipment that will allow it to be more flexible and serve a variety of markets.
